02 - Starting point

Strong brand, untapped potential.

Truly Dental had strong branding and a growing clinic network, but social wasn't converting at the level their brand deserved:

  • Content was inconsistent and not produced at the volume needed to compete
  • No structured system to turn content into measurable patient enquiries
  • High-value treatments (full arch implants, €950-€10,000+) weren't promoted effectively
  • Competitors weren't using short-form video, a major untapped opportunity

03 - Strategy

A content-first performance system.

The key insight: no other dental brand in Ireland or the UK was running TikTok paid ads. We moved first and dominated the space before competitors noticed.
  • Researched what patients actually search for, and what competitors weren't doing
  • Produced diverse formats: educational, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, before & afters, entertainment
  • Prioritised native content for the For You page (83.2% of views come from FYP)
  • Continuously tested hooks and angles, feeding winners into paid campaigns
  • Built a streak of 129 consecutive weeks posting without a single miss

04 - Results

Exceptional growth across every channel.

  • TikTok: 1,533 → 31,206 followers (20x). 30M views and 23M unique viewers in 12 months; multiple organic virals drove booking spikes.
  • Instagram: ~4,072 → 39,600+ (nearly 10x). 2.4M views in 30 days, 70% from non-followers.
  • Paid: proven organic content scaled via paid, cutting cost per acquisition vs produced-ad-only brands.
  • High-value bookings: content directly drove full arch implant consultations (€950-€10,000+ per case).
